Great plane

I usually build plastic models, but these can be a nice change every once in a while. The kit supplies you with everything you need, except for the glue. As far as putting the wood together, that's pretty easy. Getting the plastic pieces off their sheet can be tricky. The kit comes with tissue paper to go over the plane so it can be flown outside. In my opinion, the planes look just as good without the tissue as they do with. The best tools to have are a sharp knife, lots of sand paper, and Elmer's glue

Nice kit and price

Just a heads up that this is a laser cut kit. The balsa was good quality and the balsa bones went together easily and quickly.

A good-looking kit at a great price and a real skill-builder.

I think this is a great kit at a great price, but the model I received was not laser cut and the die-cut bulkheads were very difficult to extract without some damage. Sandpaper, files and glue are a must to get a good fit and finish. Hard work and perserverence will get you a good-looking model that you can be very proud of.
