"Squadron Drill Bit Index"

This index is a must-have if you build ships. The sharpness and quality of the bits themselves are A-1, especially for drilling out holes in the hull, or deadeyes and blocks; plus they're handy for piercing sails. The only drawback is the dispenser.(It's kind of stiff, but that's minor.) I would definitely recommend it to any model-builder!

"Great Set of Bits"

Great needed set of drill bits for a great deal. I do lots of plastic work and with that comes some sculpting work. These drill bits do just great for all of that.

"Great bits!"

I bought these to replace my old Dremel set (I only used the smallest bit for plug wires) & am impressed. Wide assortment and works great with my pin vice. Just don't push too hard with the small ones. Also, when I opened the case everything fell out, so I put everything in an airbrush bottle except for the ones I always use. A must have!

"Cheap useless bits, don't drill holes."

These bits are absolute junk. Only a few actually drill a hole, the others just rub a dimple in plastic! Buy the more expensive set that actually works, the Excel EXL55510 set. I purchased one of those 30 or 40 years ago and they work! I didn't know they were available at Hobbylinc and bought these cheap ones instead.
