The separate chassis and body make this kit ripe for customizing. Let your imagination run wild and the possibilities are virtually endless! There are some problems with fit so sanding and filler are a must. The large engine bay lends itself to almost any motor you might want to install. With work, you can build a showcase model.

This was one of the best kits I've ever built. The flash is very light and required very little sanding. I had some pitting from the mold around the cowl but I filled with some putty so no big deal. The chassis is just ripe for detailing work. I ran brake lines and fuel lines. I loved the 427 in the kit. It was one of the few times I used the supercharger provided in the kit. I wired the engine and add a ton of photo etched parts on it. the only thing I did not use in the kit were the rims and tires. I used some Pegasus centerline rims. The instruction were clear and easy to understand. I painted mine candy grape over copper with a white interior. I would recommend this to all builders.
