This is another good kit from Revell/Monogram. Parts all fit well, but some did require a bit of trimming, though not excessive. There are a few very minor things I didn't care for with this model kit. It's a little more modern street rod than I would have preferred, my main complaint being the engine...it's a 5.0 Cobra Fuel Injected V8...I would have much preferred a period correct flathead, and I'll probably swap one in sometime in the future. I also don't care for the tail light assembly. I mounted the tag bracket in a more period-correct and in my opinion better looking way than intended, so the Ford lettering is upside down (extremely minor complaint, and if I cared that much I'd just trim it off). Then there's the interior. The quality is fine, but the installation is tricky if you try to follow the instructions, which are extremely poor when it comes to the interior. I found the easiest thing to do was to ignore the guide and install the glass first, then the dash and the side panels at the same time. It's easier to see how/where the side panels will fit that way, and it's important you get them right, because they're what helps hold the cab to the body. In the end there are a few changes that I'd make to this kit, but those complaints are very, very minor and overall I'm pleased with this kit.

I love this truck! I'm working on it as we speak -- just waiting for the second coat of paint to dry (Gloss Green). All of the parts fit together well. Great details. Fun build for a novice like me. I've only recently starting building models. This one has been the most fun so far. I found it challenging, yet very rewarding -- so far.

nice kit to work the bed fit good and lined up good with cab would have like a few more parts to go with it
