"good kit for a beginner or builder that doesn't want engine detail"
rarem37
I have build several of these kits. They are sturdy and will stand up to kids playing with them. I like to try out different paints on them, then finish the build so I don't waste a kit. Being molded in colored plastic is great for the kids, but if you want to paint these you will have to give them a good primer coat.

Love these snap kits from revell they are always nice and these are definitely no exception other than snap kits not having engines they are really really good they’re fun to build and you can customize them any way you want the nicest part about these kits is there usually less than 15$ so there very cheap and I love taking parts from them like tires rims etc there also nice if you want to test colors and weatherization and all sorts of other stuff without spending a fortune in order to do that i use these all the time to try new colors customization options and weathering and much more PROS: cheap, easy to build, fun to build, great for learning new things, great detail for little money, really strong plastic CONS: NO engine if you wanna get one of these snap kits then get it they are so great for so many things and I use and buy them all the time to learn more and expand my modelling skills

"This was a fun build of a cool car."
mmthrax (Plano, TX)
Built this as a daddy/daughter project. She's seven. There was enough detail and subsystems so we each had something to work on. It sits well and looks good. Take care with the thin bumpers. We didn't use the decals so I cannot comment on those. She actually plays with her models and this car has done well. Nothing has fallen off and it rolls great.
