I needed small cottages for my fishing pond These houses were a great answer and the perfect size. Assembly is easy and they accept paint well. A big plus was the peel off roof for the house . Very easy to apply and a very nice finish. The house trim is also a peel off but because the trim is so small it can be difficult to peel. But it comes white so once applied no painting needed Tried1 of these houses and liked it so well I bout another 3

The kit is fast and easy, with good quality products. The scale is a bit small so be careful what you mix in with this particular line, but it's still a fun little house.

I bought two of these so I could combine them to recreate a local ice cream shop. The kits were easy to assemble and customize. Cutting new door and window locations and adding a new roofline were easy with an exacto knife and wood glue. I used acrylic paint and am happy with the results. I recommend American Model Builders kits, especially from Hobbylinc - the service and selection are great!
