I gave a five star rating for a nice little addition to my fifties town.My experience with this kit from Bachmann is that I've built five of these Cape Cod homes.There very affordable and very easy to assemble.The negative part is that this kit does not snap together you have to file areas where its suppose to snap.I always cement my models anyway not a big deal.Theer fun to decorate.

Very easy to put together, you may have to shave the corners done a bit to make it fit, you have to glue the house together as it will not stay by just snapping in place. Otherwise good value and the windows and doors fit perfectly

Over time, I've had a few of these. Assembly is straightforward. When finished the building will look nice, but a bit too comon. Some simple detailing should make the building stand out much more.
