An old Centuri holdover
Another nose cone that I've bought on several occasions over the years. Still in use with the Eliminator and paired with the plastic fin can that was an Enerjet staple. I've used one as the basis for an Enerjet 1340, and old school screamer with a 29mm capability for large field flights. Another old favorite was an upscale of the Centuri Groove Tube which I flew, lost, found, flew again, lost and never found. Tons of fun with a pack of BT-56 tubing.
PNC-56 are Great Low Drag Nosecones
Had a pack of PNC-56 nose cones, from a while back, but the BT-56 body tubes are the hardest part to find and match. The Estes Challenger II used this nosecone and was capable of over 1,200 feet in altitude, with the ASTROCAM 110 payload and a D12-7. These can also be used as nosecones, for slightly upscaled Goblin, or downscaled Der Red Max. Mini Max anyone?
