- The Drinkwater Place features Tab and Slot construction as well as Peel & Stick windows, doors, trim, and rolled roofing. The front porch includes the fine laser-cut railings and balusters with see-through latticework beneath the scribed wood deck. There is also an add-on kitchen in the rear, white metal chimneys, and laser-cut window fans for added detail.
