"Great Tool to Have"
drwho31 (St. Louis, MO)
I got this Tool last year. It works great in making and enlarging holes. Easy to control the depth of making holes, so you don't accidently go through the other side of the part. I used it to enlarge a hole for a mating part, it didn't take much to do the job. A few turns and it's done. Using other tools would have ruined the part by going through it. I highly recommended it.

"Good Pin Vise"

Good starter pin vise bits included are #52, #56, #60, #64, #70, #80. Fits drill bit sizes 52-80. A little tougher to hold then some shorter ones out there but it will get you started on general all your 1/35 plastic modeling needs. I just have a major complaint with the chuck device as it can get stuck up, needs some breaking in as the metal on it was so fresh and it should be smoother then but I believe that's my worst thing to say about this one.

"good value"

for the money its a good hand drill. i have many different type of these and this one not having a knob or some sort of turn style top it isnt my go to drill. but being that the bits are self contained thats a plus. the bits work great for wood or plastic. i would recommend this based on the price alone

"Nice Starter Set"

I admit, I bought this because it was one of the cheapest sets and I had to stay within my Female Spousal Approved Budget. However, I was not disappointed in the set. I was using the point of my x-acto blade to make holes, but this is much better. If nothing else it will save me from breaking the tips of my blades. I wish I would have found this site and this pin vise before I did the windows on my old AMT Enterprise kit. I am using it now to rig out Revell's 1/72 Fokker EIII and I would not have been able to do that with just a hobby knife.
