The pride of many big city fire departments in the 1920s and 30s, the Ahrens-Fox pumper is still considered one of the finest American fire fighting vehicles ever built. The model includes a detailed replica of the front-mounted pump, complete with inlets, outlets and the firm's trademark anti-surge chamber ball on the top. Suction hoses, ground ladders, a load of hose, lanterns and axes are included to detail the model. Parts are molded in red.
