This pack is a little on the expensive side, but it is definitely a big help. I bought them to help fix a poorly done paint job on a custom-built model stand. The foam backing is flexible enough to conform to some curvature, but also stiff enough to help prevent rounding off or over-sanding on sharp corners (a problem I was struggling with on this project before buying these). The pads are clearly marked with their grit printed on one side, so there's no need to try to remember some color code. I haven't had them long enough to say much about the durability, but they seem to be fairly sturdy. So far, my only complaint is that I didn't order them sooner.

I had to buy into these just to cover this range however not always often needed but can be very handy during finish times very fine sand papers however I love Micro-Mesh Pads 2x2 just wanted to get this range covered for when something needs an absolute quality sand I turn to these first in most cases.
