This is a pretty cool product. It’s super easy to mask off an area that’s curved or wavy, but beware; it will create a torn look on the seam when you pull it up. Also, any brush you use will forever be a “maskol” brush as the stuff never actually cleans out completely. There is a really cool weathering technique you can use with this stuff. Lay down a base coat of aluminum on your airplane. Once that’s dry, dab on bits of maskol where you want paint chipping. Once the maskol is dry, paint as you normally would, and when the top coat is dry get some poster tack and rub it over the model where you had the maskol. It will peel off the paint and give a very realistic chipped paint effect.
