M40 GMC Tank

This kit was a little disappointing. The gun can not be elevated as the shocks fix the gun at dead level. nor does the gun rotate even slightly like the real M-40. the rear deck does move so does the spade on the rear but they interfere with one another and are fragile. The treads are good but are too tight they will bend the idler wheels on the rear of the vehicle unless you let the glue set for a day or so. the treads use the zip tie method for attaching the treads together, The decals are good containing UK and US Korean war Decals. A West German camouflage is available but no decals. Over all the kit looks good once done but is a pain to build especially the rear deck and spade.
