"Beautiful addition to my layout"

What a wonderful addition to my layout! Casting is clean with a couple of spurs that need to be cleaned off. Testors plastic model paints worked well given a base coat of white first. There's enough detail for an intricate color scheme but my old eyes restricted me to the basics. Minimal fitting prior to painting followed by glue-up with medium CA. Assemble from the top down and true up the bottoms of the enclosure before gluing to the base! On my kit the support post at the center of the steps was the low point and all other walls had to be filed to make the enclosure sit true to the base.

Great addition to my layout!! Metal parts that paint well.

not worth the money poorly made parts were bent not what i was hoping for. will be sending back.

Castings are somewhat brittle and require careful handling.
