This is the HO Scale Dubois House Laser-Art Kit from Branchline Trains.
Laser-Art building kits include precision laser-cut wood and plastic parts. Easy peel-and-stick construction speeds assembly.
Ornate Victorian Queen Anne-style houses like the Dubois Home were built throughout the continent between 1880 and WWI. Kit includes laser-cut gingerbread trim, peel-and-stick windows, shutters, stonework and roofing material.
I did mine in a bit of a different color scheme (and while the colors didn't quite go the way I planned, it still came out pretty cool). I'm doing a Victorian themed layout and this was an awesome edition! Take your time, line up the pieces. I painted the pieces while they were still in their molds or whatever you want to call them. I had no warping at all. (I primed both sides with a couple of coats of spray paint and then painted the front by hand). The shutters are a great addition, but they are optional so you don't have to use them. And I absolutely love the replacement of the old shingles to the new paper ones. While they take longer to put on, they look much more realistic on the finished product. Gorgeous!
