"interesting and easy build."

i liked the construction aspect of this kit. i added a second floor and 3rd wall to the addition for a realistic look. a few worker's and old beater work truck and it will look great on my layout. pros: easy to build and everything went together nicely. cons: not many at all. i had to make a second floor because to me a 2 story building looks better without a missing 2nd floor. i also made a 3rd wall. it come's with 2 walls. but this was no big deal to make, and added a lot of appeal to the scene. i may start to frame the rafter's for the roof next. fun kit to build and make your own.

This and other Model Power house kits are very clever in using the same basic footprint to serve as the basis of several different models. This way you can build a model neighborhood that like a real development has houses that are similar in age and construction, while tweaking things to have each house look unique/

When I first looked at possibly getting this item and putting it together, I was unsure if it would look ok in my residential but I decided to take a chance on it and boy was I glad that I did. It was very easy to assemble and it looked great nestled amongst my other homes.
