"Nice little building which will fit in a narrow space."

Simple assembly if you have modest ability. The parts are clearly marked and do not require painting. The building has a very low width profile so if you are pressed for space on your layout this kit works well. Be aware however that there are a lot of parts to add to the structure which take a little time.

Very well done. The kit requires no painting, but does require patience during assembly. Take your time and when it is done, you will be proud of the results. Signage is stick on which I really liked. Easier to work with than the standard decals. A nice addition to any layout.

If you buy several of these, you can Kit Bash them into several different configurations, including Height, Width, Length or even add the parts to other kits to get the Building you want or that will fit the space you have. Even Split them if you don't have the Depth needed for the Full kit and put the back or left/right side right next to it's twin to get two building for the price of one. Highly recommended.

good kit with lot's of detail. can be built as a hotel or any downtown business you like. as someone mentioned before, if you buy several you can kit bash them into a larger building with more floors and a bigger foot print. detail's are sharp and clean. come's with fire excape, roof detail and nice awnings for window's. a good starter kit. also great potential for the more advanced builder.
