Much of ww2 was fought with horses for cavalry and transport, especially on the Eastern Front. Florian Geyer was also a tragic and elite unit. They were from Hungary conscripted into the waffen ss and most died in Budapest fighting the communist Army. After the war when they were captured it got even worse for them and their families at the hands of the communists. I am glad Florian Geyer gets recognized with such a beautiful kit. As far as the parts itself: amazing, modern, clean and detailed manufacture. No flash or other imperfections. The men and horses are highly detailed, historically accurate and realistic. They would also go great with a cassock kit. I plan on using them in a Hungary 1944 diorama with farm animals in one of the tamiya small display cases. .
