"Versatile and inexpensive"

Very nice kit. You have several options as far as equipment. The horse is nicely done. Two figures and a pony for a fantastic price. I didn’t attach the saddle or rider with cement just in case I need the old girl to pull my feldkuche (TAM35247). The other fella is a bit go-hum but he can stand guard like a pro. Rumor has it he isn’t too bright. But boy can he stare menacingly.

"Another nice horse kit from Tamiya"
This builds up into a very nice kit. Figures are well done and well detailed. There are some seam lines that will be obvious on the horse, but they can be filled with putty prior to painting.

"Get it!"
For the price and what you get it's well worth it! I bought it to add to a diorama I have, once I finished it I realized it goes well with almost any setting. Makes a diorama fell more alive.

"Good Parts"
I bought this for the parts. I will use the horse to pull a German field kitchen. Then there is one standing soldier. He will fit in anywhere. At present, He is wearing a field cap and is in line to eat at the field kitchen. The horse is painted. That is one ugly pony. But with one more of these kits, I can pull my kitchen to the front line. My personal use aside, this are nice pieces. Imagination to use them as protrayed on the box is necessary, as much as my simply putting the seargeant in line to eat. It is not easy to get figures not doing anything.
