'32 FORD 3-WINDOW ROD 1-25

This is an awesome model kit. The 32 Ford Coupe is one of my favorite vehicles of all time. I've got a few of the 5-window models but the only 3-window one I had was an old one i built about 14 years ago when I first got into modeling, and let's just say it wasn't very good. I stumbled across this a few weeks ago and just had to order one. Although it's a somewhat older kit, it's by no means outdated. The molding is very nice, and there was very little flash that had to be removed, and only a few mold lines on the body that had to be lightly sanded. The instructions were clear and easy to follow as well. Part fitment was great and everything came together nicely. There aren't too many ways to build this without kit bashing, but you do have a few options (build it with fenders or without, leave the hood or side panels off, etc). I do have two minor complaints; you can have whitewall tires as pictured, but unfortunately that's accomplished via decals (they look okay, but I prefer inserts), and you only get the wheels pictured. I ordered some replacement tires and wheels to fit my preferences better. Next I will be ordering another kit to built a highboy!
