This is a 1/72 Scale Set of German Commando Special Forces (KSK) Plastic Figures from Revell.
The German Commando Special Forces (KSK) officially went into service in September, 1996. The task of the KSK, in addition to the execution of long- distance reconnaissance missions and combat behind enemy lines, is defense against terrorist threats within the terms of engagement of the forces and the release of hostages within the framework of evacuation missions. After missions to capture war criminals in Bosnia and Kosovo, there were over 100 KSK troops involved in seeking out Al' Qaida terrorists in Afghanistan.
