A6-4 Motor Pack HAZ

These are great motors. I have bought them both in the 12 pack and the 3 pack. I would agree, these are louder than the estes motors. I pretty much tear off the outer paper wrapper and then relabel with a permanent marker - otherwise these are hard to get out after a flight. great small motor.

If you have a smaller launching field you might want to give these a try! This motor will work with most kits that recommend Estes A8-3 motors. The thing you will notice the most is they are quite a bit LOUDER than the similar sized Estes motors and they have darker smoke as well. The kids and I went to our local club launch in a smaller area in the park yesterday. We had to use smaller motors. Everybody there had their Estes motors.. woosh.. pop... and then we launched a couple of these loud ones. Got their attention fast! As another reviewer commented, sometimes they are a tight fit and require removal of the outer paper labels. Also they tend to be a little hotter after launched, so tell the kids to let them cool before taking out the spent motor.
