"Classic car. Awesome kit."

This is a must kit. It was fun to build. Very detailed. You can choose from stock build or Cobra. I mixed in a little of both. It was a nice change from a 1/25 scale. The kit was very clean. No flash to speak of.

Nice kit, very fun to build so, I've mixed the Cobra kit, and stock kit together. Bought some custom mixed paint for it, pictures to follow.

I've had the worst luck with models lately! This model has been a struggle to build because everything is warped. The windshield, one inner door panel, and both valences had a slight twist on them requiring heavy objects to be placed on them until the glue sets up. I gave it an average rating because I liked it, I just think that I got a bad one because nobody else had a similar complaint.

"Nice kit,but inaccurate."

This kit has a fair amount of extras with wheel and tire options as well as engine options. The detail is to be expected for a tooling of this age. My largest complaint its the rake of the a-pillars/windshield is too severe. Once the kit is finished, it just doesn't look right. As long as AMT has been producing various 1st generation Mustangs in kit form, I would think that they could get the body shape much more accurate. It can be fixed with a fair amount of plastic surgery
