"Beautiful airplane"

This was the second 1/32 scale airplane that I have built. The first one was a Revell F-4 that was about a 1/3 of the price. I was a little hesitant at first due to the price, but once I got the box and saw all that was in it, I realized it was a pretty good deal. Compared to the normal 1/72 and 1/48 scale planes I have been building, this thing is a monster and requires a decent amount of shelf space once built. There is a lot of detail that was put into this kit. Everything fit together pretty well except for a few parts that could have just been builder error, but I did have a problem fitting the engine intakes on with the engines installed and had to cut them down a little bit. The instructions were pretty easy to follow, you just have to pay attention if you build the plane with the wings folded up or down as the option you choose causes you to jump around in the instructions. While there was no photo etch that came with the kit, it does come with metal struts for all three wheels as well as rubber tires. The amount of building options are pretty wide too. As stated before, the wings can be modeled folded up or down, the nose cone can be modeled open with a nicely detailed radar, multiple bombs and missles as well a pilot and ground figures. I highly recommend this kit to anyone, because even with all of the details and build options it goes together very easily. The biggest headache I had was with the decals and that is only because there were so many. I typically build armor with a sheet of decals the size of a sticky note, and this came with two full sheets.
