Land Rover Series III LWB Wagon w/Roof Rack

Overall this kit was a chalenge for me ... i really d'ont like the 2 version style like the option of left or right for the dash and pedals etc.. to many options for the body drilling holes here and there i d'ont like and the instructions was sometime hard to fallow,the spruce was nice no scaling at all but one thing the piece number was to small you have to look 2,3,times to locate.I would recommend but for patience modelers.I love to paint these models and change the color guide as you will se in my pictures.Still i enjoy it!

I'm new to being back in model builds so take my review with that in mind. The only downside I experienced to this build was the thickness of the parts in their molds. It was incredibly difficult to get some pieces free, and even with delicate care, I managed to break an antenna and a couple other more insignificant pieces. If that wasn't the case, this would easily have gotten a 5 star review. The quality of parts and the way everything fit together was remarkable. Lots of design options with mirrors, colors, decals, roof rack, etc. The model set the bar pretty high for what I'm expecting or hoping from future builds. Highly recommended, just be careful with freeing those pieces.

As the other reviewers have said, this kit is great and very rewarding, one of my favorite builds. Every piece fit together perfectly and there was no flash to contend with. I was very pleased with how the glass fit into place, almost a snap fit. If only Revell got everything right on this one!
