Picked up this kit to add to my collection. After opening the box found very crisp detail even though this is an older kit mould. Guys this was a very fun project to build, lots of fun and easy to build. Kind of tricky with the smaller parts as only tiny register lines for placement. This will require patience and careful trimming of flash. The detail of the running gear is superb and a shame more can not be seen after assembly. Easy to paint and decals represent correct example of actual unit. Found several photos on line with this unit number. Overall a highly recommended kit! Enjoy....

"Another great Tamiya model kit."

This was a fun one to build. I thought it was an armored car but it really was a tank with tires. Great detail for level of ease to build. Really liked the photo-etch for the gas cans (made by Italeri)...Lends alot of realism to the model. I also really like the way the tires attached to the vehicle so that they all independently turn. Much better that the poly-caps that Tamiya normally likes to use. My only regret is that I wish the kit had more detail to the interior given how nice the exterior looks. The Tatra V-12 diesel engine that these had would have been fun to install and paint. Good kit.
