H.L. Hunley Confederate Submarine (11-1/2''L)

This is a very nice and simple resin kit. It is listed under the plastic kits here on Hobbylinc, again this is resin. After the Hunley was recovered this kit was updated by Cottage Industries. Even if you new to resin kits, don’t be nervous as this is the perfect beginners project if have have prior modeling experience in plastic etc. This is a weekend kit meaning the assembly goes fairly quickly and you spend more time waiting for paint to dry. Good instructions and nice details of resin and metal. Read through the directions before starting, a little patience and you will have a very nice model. Highly recommend this (Hunley) and the Alligator sub kit (sold separately) which can also be found on Hobbylinc.
