Graf Zeppelin German Blimp

All in all this was a fun kit to build. This model of the famous Graf Zeppelin finishes to about 38.5 in length which is impressive hanging from the ceiling or sitting on the shelf. Comes with mounts for hanging or shelf display. The main body comes in two sections which require some careful seem gluing/ matching up. Be careful not to clean what you think is flash on the main body and it is actually the rigid airship design. The most difficult part of the build was the engine gondola struts which are made of heavy fishing line type material. The color for most parts is silver (you will need several cans of 3 oz silver spray for the project), not much in the way of instruction for interior colors though. The control car and pass. area comes complete with interior and lighting kit which includes everything you need. Not a complex kit, few parts considering the size, just take your time and it will come out nicely.
