PROS- Great detail, good parts fit, incredible engine, high parts count, and metal exhaust tips. The decals fit the contours very well and did not need any setting solutions to conform the the shape of the car. All of the Boss styling and exhaust come in the kit. CONS- Panel lines are a bit shallow and need to be deepened. No window masks. The front grill is solid, and would look more realistic if opened up. Tricky painting of the tail lights to make them look realistic, comes with decals for the red light part, but the rest of the tail light needs to be blacked out to look like the 1:1 car. Verdict- If you love Mustangs this is a great kit to have, it builds into a great replica of the real thing. Recommended for all levels of builders.

This boss is the boss. The details and lines are nice and tight. The decals lay great and are not hard to work with.

I have built several of these Boss 302 kits, for other people, now I plan on doing one for myself. I begged Revell for 2 years to tool this kit so it was high on my to have list. I only have a couple complaints with the kit. 1)the ride hight is to high, but is an easy fix. 2) the upper strut brace don't line up with the relief on the upper intake plenum, this fix takes some time to fix. other than that it is one of the most fun kits I've done in some time....
