"Excellent Kit"

Three kits in one. You have the choice of 3 versions. I chose the one from sq 487. Pro's The kit had no fit problems. Instructions very clear. You just have to choose which version you want to build before you start. Nice detail in the cockpit and landing gear. Nice panel lines on wings and fuselage. Con's The only thing I found I didn't like was the option of the open window on the canopy. I thought I had it glued on even. But after I glued it on the fuselage, I noticed a small gap on that side. I didn't double check how it fit on the fuselage. It will need to be sanded down just a small bit. I liked it so much am getting ready to build the B MK.IV bomber. (Item 60753)

"An Excellent Kit"

The first thing that stood out to me about this kit was the level of detail. The cockpit gets the most -- with seat belts, instruments, radios, and side panels -- but the wheel wells were also beautifully detailed. Most of this will vanish once you glue it together, but it's nice to know it's there. Assembly was fairly straightforward, and the fit was precise throughout, apart from one nacelle that was a little tight. Even those delicate landing gear assemblies slotted into place easily. Three decal options allow you to pick from an all-black night fighter, a grey Coastal Command aircraft with rockets, or a fighter-bomber in standard day fighter camouflage. All in all, a very satisfying build, and one I'd happily repeat.

Excellent kit. Cockpit details are hard to beat. 3 versions including the night fighter version (My choice on this kit). Be very diligent about the instructions. I am glad I reviewed the instructions in detail before starting. Many holes to drill for different versions. No real up gear option without some work. Highly recommended. I am going to build another version of this kit.
