1969 Dodge Charger Daytona 2n1

I really love this kit. The detail was spot on. The instructions were well done and easy to follow. You can build it street stock or a NASCAR version. I built mine as a street version and went full road on the details. I added wires, hoses, brake lines, fuel lines and hoses. The flash was very light and only needed some sanding. The fit was great without any problems. I painted the interior in Testors white with Bare metal foil accents. The body was done in Testors Metallic purple metal flake. The decals went on perfect and laid down without issue. This is as a kit should be. I would recommend this kit to all level 2 builders just because on the photo etched parts supplied with the kit.

As a kid i used to put my model cars together in about an hour and had enough parts left over to build a custom whatever. This was the first model i tried as an adult. And worked anywhere from 15 minutes to a few hours. The part fit, and detail(some parts are pretty much hidden) is amazing.I loved the fact the front wheels turn. Also cool. Nose vent is actual tin that you need to bend to correct fit.Decals are easy to put on. Back Daytona strip is perfect fit.

Had no issues with this kit, clean parts and good fit. Has some nice detail and some aftermarket engine detailing will really pay off
