"Awesome kit of the Mighty Mo."
davezz4 (Schaumburg, IL)
Excellent kit of the Mighty Mo. I built the World War II version. The photoetch really make the ship come to life. The assembly was easy but takes a while due to the numerous parts. This makes a great addition to anyone who collects and builds 1/350 scale ships. Well worth the cost and time to build it.

"Best Model in it's class"
agentuberpea (Spokane, WA)
After opening the box I knew that I made the right decision in buying this model. It is well constructed with a lot of attention to detail. The instruction manual is in many languages and may pose a small problem and will take time to read through it, but well detailed. It will take time to build, but will worth it.

"Great Model"
jferber1992123 (Stony Point, NC)
This model is quite high in detail, and even somewhat more difficult to build than other models. Three of the guns are free rotating; however, the barrels do not move on this model. The kit is very large, especially for the price you are paying for it. Ultimately a great model, but ,if you are in to having a lot of detail and willing to put down more money for a Missouri model, I would buy the upgrade kit for this model or Trumpeter's 1/200 USS Missouri which would be nearly twice the size and have a lot more detail than Tamiya's.

"Fun Kit to build but tedious building the communications antennas"
Fun Kit to build, I bought it for its historical contribution to VE day. Parts fit was overall good but trouble with helideck fencing was a problem. Overall, the main structure was 5 star with the fine detail letting it down to a 4 star.

Due to small parts that could cause a choking hazard please kee away from children 3 years of age and younger.
