I’m a model junkie , I have owned and built 100s of Tamiya kits and many Trumpeter kits also many other brands. This and the SSW D.III kits are the first Eduard kits I have ever owned. I must say - very impressed. First the plastic is top notch I think its better then Tamiya and much better then Trumpeter, no flash whatever and very thick. Next the photo etched is thinner then both Tamiya and Trumpeter but some of it is painted like the instrument panel and seat belts I love that. Next the decals are also top notch. The one thing I don’t like is many less plastic parts then Tamiya or Trumpeter, but this forces at least me to scratch build which is a good thing. For the price you are getting a bargain for a top quality kit.

This is one of eduard's older kits but it has great detail and a tone of extras, color photo etch, lozenge decals just to name a few. Highly recommend
