I would have to say this kit is amazing. I have built 4 other 1/1200 scale ships. WW2 German battleships Bismarck and Tirpitz also WW2 aircraft carriers Enterprise and Hornet. The Yamato is much larger than any of the others. It's an imposing ship. I would have to say my only problem was the rear antennas are missing. It wasn't a problem though because the kit has 5 main turrets. 2 with gun tubs on top and 3 without. The sister ship Musashi has no gun tubs on the turrets. After completing the Yamato I simply cut the cannons off remaining turrets and scratch built the antennas. All in all this kit is great.
