This is one of the best plane that i have built. The parts fit well and inst are good as is the paint guide. The cockpit has good detale and the decals help and there is a pilot. The wings can be shown in flight or in storage. The land gear can be shown up or down and the canopy can be shown open or closed. There is decals for two planes. A great model for all.

This is the 3rd of 4th of these â€œnewâ€ tooled Airfix kits I have built, and they are fantastic. This kit comes with 5 gray sprues and 1 clear parts sprue. The surface detail and panel lines are really good. The cockpit detail is way above average for 1/72 with both decals and raised details. Kit does come with a pilot. As with the other new airfix kits, this one comes with a lot of options. Canopy can be open or closed, landing gear can be extended or retracted, all control surfaces are movable with an option for folded wings as well. The only drawbacks are 1) there are no under wing stores, 2) you have to decide early in construction whether you are going to have the landing gear extended or retracted. If you do choose to have gear down, the construct is a little fiddly. But it does look good when finished. Markings are for 2 airplanes one for British and one American version. For $11 itâ€™s a real gem.

This kit is a dream. Beautifully molded, great fit, really nice instruction booklet. Totally worth the money. Decals werent fantastic, but it's more of a user errror type of situation. Will definitely look for more Arfix kits in the future.
