RN Roma Italian Navy Battleship 1943

I started the ship in the Christmas holiday (not finished it yet). I must admit that I was very impressed when I first opened the box. There are 23 sprues!!! This ship is well molded, with a high degree of difficulty for the assembling. Pros : - Very good challenge for the experienced modeler; - Very high quality overall; - A sprue of photo-etched parts is included; - Rare 1/350 ship. The Roma is not seen on that scale too often (or whichever scale while at it). - With the 1/350 Roma, modelers can now build the three WW2 Axis flagships on the same scale (with the Bismarck and the Yamato that is). - Very sharp poster of the ship detailing the painting is included; Cons : Not really a bad thing, but if you don't like to assemble the tiny planes or lifeboats on ships of that scale, don't buy!!!! Airplanes, lifeboats and turrets have lots of pieces to assemble.
